Cancellation & Refund Policy

General rules for professional services, subject to the signed proposal or agreement.

Do not publish a rigid refund promise that conflicts with your actual quotations. Replace this template where a specific client agreement uses different milestones or cancellation terms.

1. Project deposits

Deposits reserve capacity and may become non-refundable once agreed work has started, to the extent stated in the applicable proposal or invoice.

2. Work already performed

Fees attributable to completed strategy, setup, creative, development, research, campaign management or other delivered work are generally not refundable unless required by law or agreed in writing.

3. Unused prepaid services

If an engagement is cancelled, any treatment of unused prepaid professional fees will be determined by the applicable agreement after accounting for completed work and committed costs.

4. Third-party spend

Advertising spend, domains, hosting, software, licenses and other third-party charges are subject to the relevant provider's policies and are not controlled by RankDev.

5. How to request cancellation

Use the verified contact method stated in your proposal or invoice and include the project or invoice reference.
