Terms of Use & Services

Baseline terms for using RankDev.agency and engaging marketing or web services.

These website terms do not replace a signed proposal, quotation, statement of work or services agreement. Where a signed agreement conflicts with these general terms, the signed agreement should control.

1. Website use

You may use this website for lawful informational and business inquiry purposes. You must not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site operation, submit malicious content or misuse RankDev intellectual property.

2. Marketing services

Advertising, SEO, content and conversion services are delivered according to the agreed scope. Client approvals, access, assets, budgets, platform accounts and timely feedback may be required.

3. No guaranteed rankings or advertising results

Search rankings, ad performance, lead volume, revenue and return on advertising spend depend on factors beyond RankDev's control. Unless expressly written in a signed agreement, no specific ranking, platform approval, sales level or financial return is guaranteed.

4. Third-party platforms

Google, Meta, hosting providers, analytics tools, payment services and other third parties operate under their own policies. RankDev is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, account suspensions or decisions outside our control.

5. Fees and media spend

Professional fees and advertising/media spend are separate unless a written proposal says otherwise. Client-funded platform spend remains subject to the platform's billing rules.

6. Intellectual property

Pre-existing tools, frameworks, know-how and reusable components remain with their original owner. Final project deliverables and licensing/ownership terms are governed by the applicable written agreement and completion of required payments.

7. Confidentiality

Confidential business information should be used only for legitimate project purposes and protected with reasonable care, subject to any more specific NDA or agreement.

8. Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, liability should be limited according to the governing client agreement. These website terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Governing framework

For Pakistan-based engagements, applicable Pakistani law and the dispute terms stated in the signed client agreement should govern.
